The J30J series micro rectangular electrical connector is designed for compact electronic systems that require a high number of signal contacts within a limited installation space. This series is produced in compliance with GJB2446A, which is equivalent to MIL-C-83513, and its structure corresponds to the MDM series micro rectangular connector style.
The connector uses elastic stranded contacts, often referred to as twist pin contacts, to improve mating reliability and maintain stable electrical performance during repeated connection. The contact layout is highly compact, with a transverse pitch of 1.27 mm and a row spacing of 1.1 mm, allowing the connector to provide high-density circuit interconnection while keeping the overall size small.
A metal shielding shell is used to enhance mechanical strength and improve protection for signal transmission. According to different assembly requirements, a metal rear cover can also be selected. The J30J series is available in 11 contact arrangements, including 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 66, 74, 100, and 144 contacts.
This series supports several connection methods, including cable-to-cable, cable-to-PCB, and PCB-to-PCB interconnection. For board-mounted versions, the contact tails can be adjusted according to PCB hole spacing requirements. With its compact size, light weight, flexible mounting accessories, and reliable resistance to vibration and impact, the J30J series is suitable for precision electronic equipment where installation space, weight control, and dependable connection performance are important.
