J30J Series Micro Rectangular Electrical Connector
The J30J Series Micro Rectangular Electrical Connector is a high-density, lightweight, and miniaturized interconnect solution designed in accordance with GJB2446A, equivalent to MIL-C-83513, and corresponding to the U.S. MDM series. This series is developed for reliable electrical connection in compact electronic systems where installation space, weight reduction, and connection stability are critical.
The connector adopts elastic stranded pin contacts, commonly known as twist pins, providing stable contact performance and reliable electrical continuity under demanding operating conditions. With a transverse contact pitch of 1.27 mm and row spacing of 1.1 mm, the J30J Series achieves high contact density while maintaining a compact rectangular structure.
The series is available in 11 pin configurations, including 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 66, 74, 100, and 144 pins, offering flexible choices for different circuit design requirements. Metal shielding shells are used to improve electromagnetic protection, and optional metal rear covers are available for enhanced structural protection and cable management.
For board-mount applications, the tail structure can be modified according to PCB hole spacing requirements. With various mounting accessories and flexible installation options, the J30J Series supports cable-to-cable, cable-to-PCB, and PCB-to-PCB interconnection. It is especially suitable for applications requiring high reliability, miniaturization, lightweight design, and stable performance under vibration and impact.
